I'm excited to be to participate in Weez Walk and to help raise funds for youth mental health awareness and suicide prevention. This year, I will be doing portions of it with my 7 year-old son (he insists that he will beat me on the 6KM section).
As a parent, I'm always saddened to hear about how youths in Hong Kong struggle with mental health so I'm doing what I can do help raise funds to ensure that kids like my son can grow up in an environment where youth mental health is seen as a priority.
