This Jan & Feb I'll be walking my way around a 62km circuit of HK Island in support of youth mental health and suicide awareness and prevention.
Globally, suicide takes the lives of nearly one million people each year (one person every 40 seconds), and is the leading cause of death in 15-24 year olds in Hong Kong (CSRP).
Any donation, big or small, is so appreciated and goes towards KELY Support Group's suicide prevention programme.
