We're walking in Weez walk to support mental health and suicide prevention and to challenge ourselves to do hard things like walk around the entire island of HK (62k!).
We live in a world where lonliness is an epidemic (US Surgeon General) and preventable deaths are on the rise despite great advances in longevity and healthcare. Part of the reason is the taboo against mental illness and seeking help. Funds raised go to Kely Group NGO to support positive wellbeing and crisis support for youth in Hong Kong.
